Musa Dhalla: Webstar Health Director & Managed Services Lead

Musa Dhalla leads Webstar Health’s Managed Services practice working with a broad range of public and private sector customers. With experience of taking ideas from the drawing board to implementation, Musa works with customers to identify, design and implement managed service solutions that drive towards the more efficient delivery of services. He is currently focused on the market entry of mobile health applications integrating web/mobile/sms technologies to primary care services. His recent work includes the roll out of the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. Musa is a pharmacist and a founder of Webstar Health.

Gian Celino: Webstar Health Director & Consulting Practice Lead

Gian Celino leads Webstar Health’s consulting practice working with NHS commissioners in England to maximise the impact of pharmaceutical services. Recent activity has included working with primary care organisations to prepare Pharmaceutical Needs Assessments in preparation for changes to market entry in England, and working with NHS, industry and pharmacy to deliver a national adherence programme through community pharmacy. Gian is also a pharmacist, and a founder of Webstar Health.

Spencer Noble: Head of Commercial Operations

Spencer Noble’s expertise lies in “making life easier for providers”. His recent work in operational delivery has included working with commissioners to improve efficiencies in service delivery and supporting the internal process to prepare Pharmaceutical Needs Assessments. Spencer has a background in community pharmacy and the pharmaceutical industry.
